• All Prices are ex-factory Diani South Coast. Freight, Packaging & Delivery will be charged EXTRA on Delivery outside of Diani.
• Client to insure the items at their cost for any deliveries organised through third party.
• All Prices Excludes Mattress, Cushions & Soft Furnishings.
• Every Effort has been made to ensure accuracy of Prices & Dimensions. We reserve the Right to correct any Errors or Omissions.
• All Furniture is made to Order. All Catalogue Order or Custom order will be accepted after 60% Deposit on Order and Balance 40% BEFORE Delivery.
• If after commencement the order is cancelled the Deposit will not be Refunded.
• Cancellation of Custom Order will NOT be acceptable.
• All effort will be made to Produce good quality furniture from 100% natural wood. However because wood is a natural material furniture may vary in Colour from Picture shown and may have natural Blemishes due to natural wood characteristics.
• We shall not be responsible for any breakage/damage to items after they leave our workshop/showroom.
• Goods once sold cannot be returned or exchanged.
